Information about of Sp. Children
Mental retarded (MR) is not a disease, but a situation. In which the progress of their mind is slower than the progress of the mind of the normal human beings. This slow progress of mental development is known as mentally retarded or mentally handicapped.
The word mentally handicapped creates misunderstanding and hate. Sometimes people don’t understand or ignore this situation.
Society works upon such girls with hatred. Hence the child and parents suffers from interiority complex and hesitation. Because of such an attitude of the society, such children because a burden to the parents. As this is not a hereditary discard, such girls are marginalized as compared to other girls.
